Pricing & Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days

    All shipping includes tracking.

    Delivery times are an estimate only and are calculated from when your order ships - this does not include production time.

  • FREE Standard shipping Australia-wide.

International

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 weeks, depending on location.

    All shipping includes tracking.

    If your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch at support@antipodeanstill.life and we will let you know if we can ship to your location.

  • A$25 Standard shipping for all international orders.

    All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD, $A)

  • Your country may charge duties or taxes on goods shipped from Australia.

    Please contact your local Customs or Post Office to enquire about these fees before placing your order.

    The purchaser/receiver is responsible for all duties, taxes or other import fees to be paid.

Shipping Policies

Production Time

All our artworks are made-to-order just for you.

Our Fine Art Prints are generally printed and ready for dispatch within 1 week.

Our Framed Prints are generally printed, mounted and framed and ready for dispatch within 1-2 weeks.

Tracking

All our artworks are shipped with tracking.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Contact Details & Address

It is your responsibility to confirm your contact details and shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address you provide, and take no responsibility for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information being provided.

It is also your responsibility to confirm your email address is correct - we will use this address to send you all receipts/invoices, shipping updates, and to contact you if necessary regarding your order.

Missing & Late Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time for your location noted above, please get in touch at support@antipodeanstill.life and we will touch base with our shipping provider.

Please note that if you are not home, your order may be left if the deliverer has deemed it safe to do so. If there is a safe place you would like your parcel left, please leave a note at checkout when you place your order. If you will not be home when your order is delivered, we recommend having it delivered to a parcel locker or PO Box in case of theft.

We are not responsible for missing orders that have been delivered safely according to the tracking information. Australia Post does not cover any loss or damage that occurs once the parcel has been safely delivered. We are only able to refund missing or damaged items if the loss or damage is covered by the shipping provider, which is usually Australia Post.
