Returns & Refunds Policy

At Still.Life Atelier, all our artworks are made-to-order just for you. Once you place an order, our printing and framing partner will begin manufacturing your artwork/s to your chosen specifications.

Due to the personalised nature of your order, we are unable to process refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. We are also unable to process refunds, returns or exchanges due to your misuse of our artwork. Our artworks are otherwise subject to the consumer guarantees that automatically apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please ensure you carefully select your artwork, dimensions and paper type or frame colour before proceeding to purchase. If you realise you made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at support@antipodeanstill.life so that we can assist you. We are unable to process any changes or cancellations to orders more than 24 hours from when you place your order.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit by our shipping partners, we ask that you notify us within seven (7) days of the delivery date at support@antipodeanstill.life, with supporting photographs clearly showing the damage to the artwork and packaging. Supporting photographs must be taken immediately upon receipt of your order, before any hanging, placement or installation takes place. Following a review and investigation with our shipping partner, if we are satisfied that the damage occurred during transit we will provide you with a replacement artwork, free-of-charge.
